Indoartisans Textiles LLP Return and Refund Policy

At Indoartisans Textiles LLP, we strive to make every transaction seamless and enjoyable. While we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, we understand that preferences for fit and material can vary. To make your shopping experience hassle-free, we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Apply for Returns or Exchanges

You must apply for a return or exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving your package.

Exchange Policy

We happily offer exchanges on all products. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging

Exchanges or returns are limited to one instance per order. Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during Quality Control (QC) and returned to the customer.

Return Policy

If you prefer a return, we provide full refund on items that are eligible for return. Once approved, full refund will be credited to the original payment method in 5-7 working days after receipt of the returned package.

Exchange Procedure

Follow these steps to request an exchange or return:

  1. Login to your account on our website.
  2. Select the order which contains the product you want to exchange.
  3. Select the product(s) eligible for exchange and specify a reason. Add remarks, upload images (if applicable), and select store credit as the refund option.
  4. Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours.
  5. Upon approval, our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-5 working days.

Important:

  • Take a picture or video of the product while handing it to the courier for proof in case of disputes.
  • Only hand over the item specified for exchange. Any unaccounted items will not be our responsibility.

Reverse Pickup Charges

  • Reverse Pickup are free of cost for all customers.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, you must inform us within 3 days. Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond 72 hours of marked delivery, and we cannot assist if there is a delay in reporting.

Colour Variations

Please note that colours may slightly differ due to professional lighting during product photography. Indoartisans offers authentic products from real artisans woven or painted by hand, and thus, slight variation in colour is to be expected. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exchange and return requests based on colour variations.
