At Indoartisans Textiles LLP, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

Shipping and Dispatch

All items are ready to dispatch and typically ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouse, which operates Monday to Saturday.
For items marked as PREORDER, shipping will occur within 3-5 working days.

Delivery Timelines

Regular Shipping (Free): Orders typically take 3-7 working days to reach you, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (₹300): Currently Express Shipping option is not available.

Tracking and Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and email to keep you updated on its status.

Shows Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please inform us within 3 days. Courier companies in India do not accept complaints after 72 hours of marked delivery, and we cannot assist if there is a delay in informing us.

Shipping in India

We partner with premium courier services such as DTDC, BlueDart, Ecom, and Delhivery to ensure reliable deliveries.
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processes, or courier delays are beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
