All products from Indoartisans are carefully packaged and dispatched in our custom-branded boxes to ensure safe delivery.

For Ready To Ship/In Stock items, we dispatch within one week of order confirmation. Return requests for these products will be accepted only if made within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns for international orders.

For Made To Order products, please allow 2-3 weeks for crafting and dispatch. These items are not eligible for return.
